RAILWAY REMEBERED - BASFORD & BULWELL - 1848 - 1967 by Ashley R. Durose
ABOUT THIS BOOK
Although Nottingham was never a "Railway
Town" such as Derby or Crewe it did have a fair
share of lines and Basford and Bulwell had more
interesting routes and junctions than most
area’s. Sadly nearly all have vanished for ever.
This book tells the history of these lines, where
they were, what'’s still to be found and gives
sometimes amusing personal experiences and
memories.
